You can amplify your health by following some additional action steps that include practicing deep breathing exercises, staying hydrated, and detoxifying regularly. Remember to connect with others, find a hobby you love, and do what makes you feel happy and healthy. To truly experience productive and holistic healing, make sure to follow all the action steps at once, not just when it suits you. Keep in mind that there's no perfect approach for everyone, so get properly tested and listen to your body.
