每次基本收費40鎊起，另加交通費，視乎與起點DY4 垂直距離而定，每1 mile= £1。

內科中藥上門服務每次診金10鎊起，另加交通費(計法同上)，藥費維持8鎊／天。

英國地大物博，生活成本上漲，醫師們推出遙距診症及全英寄藥一條龍服務，冀望造福更多在英國各地生活的民眾。

遙距診症服務☎️

我們建議用Whatsapp通訊軟件與求診者進行視像通話。
為提升診症服務質素，中醫師一般需要求診者提供自己的舌像圖片、血壓等有用資料。
預備舌像圖片方法可參考以下連結：

舉例說，求診者因為濕疹問題向我們查詢，這情況下醫師可能預先需要求診者的皮膚患處圖片。
故此有意預約遙距診症人士請先向Whatsapp號碼 07879416393 張醫師(Pan)登記及查詢，並記低預約時間。
到了預約時間，中醫師會發起WhatsApp視像通話。

全英寄藥服務🚚

我們選擇英國皇家郵政速遞服務(Royal Mail Delivery)。
劃一收費為5鎊。
診症完畢並確認求診人成功付款後，會安排寄送藥包。
(診金及藥費請參考診所網頁)
診症後會寄出藥包，一般需要1-2個工作天送達。
(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)
*送達時間可能因實際物流情況有所延誤，敬請留意。*

遙距診症適合各種內科病症屬輕微或慢性情況，也適合想找中醫調理人士，例如慢性皮膚及腸胃問題、長期痛症、COVID調理等。
同時亦適合舊客人欲了解其身體狀況讓中醫師跟進並作出適切治療。

Clients are advised to provide their tongue picture or other relevant information beforehand via Whatsapp.

Another example as an eczema patient, skin pictures may be needed beforehand in this case.
Therefore clients are recommended to contact Mr. Pan Cheung (07879416393 via Whatsapp) and probably make appointment at the same time.

UK Royal Mail herbs powder delivery service🚚

We choose UK Royal Mail for herbs powder delivery service which flat rate is £5 per delivery.
Herbs powder will be distributed on the same day after the payment for consultation and herbs is confirmed.
The herbs powder is guaranteed to be delivered in 1-2 working days (except weekends and public holidays) unless there is an incident causing delay.

Video consultation service is suitable for clients having mild symptoms or chronic illnesses or willing to improve their sub-health conditions, such as skin and digestive problems, chronic pain and long-haul COVID symptoms.
Likewise, old patients with difficulty coming to clinic to do follow-up are welcome to book video consultation with our practitioners which makes our services more sustainable and reachable to UK residents.

Recently Royal Mail strike plus train strike all over UK in coming weeks will cause severe delay of our services, particularly the herbs powder delivery to clients.
Today under freezing cold weather, I have to deliver herbs powder door-to-door by train after video consultation yesterday as Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery during strike this week.
Sorry for any possible inconvenience caused in coming few weeks🙏

About 關於他

Mr Cheung was educated at Hong Kong Baptist University and graduated with Bachelor and Master degrees in TCM. He started TCM career from 2008 and was employed in Hong Kong Hospital Authority tripartite Chinese Medicine clinic cm Training and Research centre. Afterwards he had been practicing his own clinic in Hong Kong until 2021.

Mr Cheung is an all-round trained TCM practitioner with significant experience in holistic TCM treatment dealing with different pain and muscle problems, gastrointestinal and immunological disorders as well as diseases of affluence.
