舉例說，求診者因為濕疹問題向我們查詢，這情況下醫師可能預先需要求診者的皮膚患處圖片。
故此有意預約遙距診症人士請先向Whatsapp號碼 07879416393 張醫師(Pan)登記及查詢，並記低預約時間。
到了預約時間，中醫師會發起WhatsApp視像通話。
全英寄藥服務🚚
我們選擇英國皇家郵政速遞服務(Royal Mail Delivery)。
劃一收費為5鎊。
診症完畢並確認求診人成功付款後，會安排寄送藥包。

診症後會寄出藥包，一般需要1-2個工作天送達。
(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)

遙距診症適合各種內科病症屬輕微或慢性情況，也適合想找中醫調理人士，例如慢性皮膚及腸胃問題、長期痛症、COVID調理等。

UK Royal Mail herbs powder delivery service🚚
We choose UK Royal Mail for herbs powder delivery service which flat rate is £5 per delivery.
Herbs powder will be distributed on the same day after the payment for consultation and herbs is confirmed.
The herbs powder is guaranteed to be delivered in 1-2 working days (except weekends and public holidays) unless there is an incident causing delay.
Video consultation service is suitable for clients having mild symptoms or chronic illnesses or willing to improve their sub-health conditions, such as skin and digestive problems, chronic pain and long-haul COVID symptoms.
Likewise, old patients with difficulty coming to clinic to do follow-up are welcome to book video consultation with our practitioners which makes our services more sustainable and reachable to UK residents.
