根據泰國公共衛生部規定，康民國際醫院將於2025年6月進行年度舊病患病歷銷毀。

此銷毀僅適用於2019年最後一次就診且五年以上未與醫院聯繫的患者（包括門診和住院患者）。

如有任何客戶符合此類別並希望保留病歷副本，請於2025年6月10日前透過以下管道與我們聯絡：

In accordance with the Ministry of Public Health regulations, Bumrungrad International Hospital will conduct its annual destruction of old patient medical records in June 2025.

This applies only to medical records of patients—both outpatients and inpatients—who last received services in 2019 and have had no further contact with the hospital for more than 5 years.

If any of clients fall into this category and wish to keep a copy of their medical records, please contact us no later than June 10, 2025 through the following channels:

• Email: bihk@afh.hk

An identification card or passport will be required to process their request. Please note that after *June 10, 2025*, these records will be permanently destroyed and can no longer be retrieved.

Newsweek, in collaboration with Statista, has once again ranked Bumrungrad International Hospital as the No.1 hospital in Thailand and the only Thai hospital listed among the World’s Best Hospitals 2025 for five consecutive years.
