Very happy to know you by fate . I am a Zen master Konggu Youlan . Next meditation content let me share it with you,practice together,I will be happy with you spend the precious moments of every day in the future.
I was born in 1965 on the Mongolian Plateau,became a monk in 1988 became a Buddhist monk . For most days from 1988 to the present, I am all here Zhongnan mountain retire into seclusion.During this period I read it (five times )there are 2920 units 《The great Tibetan Sutra composed 》of Buddhist scriptures,seriously practiced the meditation teaching method passed down by the Buddha.
Finally, I was able to crack the ancient meditation code ,of course all of this and the help and love of my many mentors are inseparable from each other.
So I m not only grateful The great Buddha I am also grateful to my mentors among them, these are the teachers I can never forget already nirvana outstanding “Yogi Choying Dorje Rinpoche ” I sincerely pray for this outstanding guru can be reincarnated as soon as possible come to world again to educate all beings.
As you know:The Buddha is a great enlightened person ,The content of his consciousness is the essence of life,it is “who am l?”completely realized “who am I?” From then on ,there will be no worries,
no more confusion,In such a life only love .The road to enlightenment is meditation.
A series of meditation we will share ,it’s the Buddha’s teachings,it is also the presentation after the password of the Buddha’s teaching method was successfully deciphered.seriously practice these meditation teaching methods,Is to let us really understand “who am I?”practical shortcuts of .
What I will share with you at first is :“meditation ”(keep still and in deep medication ).

We will practice from breathing:
Start with breathing out turbid air and breathing in fresh air and a prelude to four lines of breathing relaxation to 1.count your breath,2.the process of respiratory change,3.Let the breathing be natural and smooth ,4.gather breath,5.Try to stop breathing for a long time ,6.Guide breathing with your mind ,7. Heat energy caused by breathing ,8.Use breathing to cause cold energy ,finally reach 9.Breathe freely
I believe extraordinarily you ,though the above nine stages of persistent breathing method,can achieve your outstanding concentration ability.that is,
the ability to “meditate ”has been acquired ,from then on,you are not only have can easily solve your daily life plenty of energy for most problems encountered,more importantly you get a reliable tool to love.
