天氣終於開始暖啦☀️,係時候轉吓口味,享受清涼嘅冷泡茶!🧊☕️
冷泡茶做法超簡單,而且味道清新柔和,飲完即刻精神晒!你可以用任何茶葉嚟冷泡,不過我哋最鍾意嘅係越橘博士茶同HAVU草本茶 🫐🌿 快啲save低呢個post或者截圖記低下面嘅做法,自己試下啦!😋
4人份冷泡茶 ☕️
材料:6茶匙茶葉 或者 3-4個茶包(每1公升水)
做法:
1. 先將茶葉或茶包放入玻璃容器。
2. 倒入室溫水,用室溫水泡會快啲出味。
3. 蓋好容器。
4. 室溫放置15-30分鐘,然後放入雪櫃。
5. 冷藏浸泡8-20個鐘,時間長短取決於你鍾意嘅濃淡程度。
6. 浸泡完成後,隔走茶葉或茶包。
7. 將茶倒入杯,可以直接飲,或者加啲新鮮生果或莓類一齊享用。🫐🍓🍋🟩

The weather is getting warmer ☀️ and that only means one thing: Time to switch up and enjoy some nice refreshing cold brew tea! 🧊☕️
Cold brew tea is very simple to make and it’ll give you a nice boost through a softer and fresher flavour. You can use any kind of tea for cold brewing but our favourite ones are Bilberry Rooibos and HAVU herbal tea 🫐🌿So save this post or take a screenshot of the recipe down below and try it yourself! 😋
Cold brew tea for 4 people ☕️
You need 6tsp. of loose-leaf tea or 3-4 tea bags per 1 litre.
Here’s what to do:
1. Start making your cold brew tea by measuring the tea into a glass container. Cold brewing works with both tea bags and loose-leaf tea.
2. Pour some water over. When you use room temperature water, the brewing process will start faster.
3. Cover the container with a lid or cap.
4. Let the tea stand at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes and then place it in the refrigerator.
5. Let the tea brew in the cold for 8-20 hours, depending on the tea and how strong you want your tea.
6. When the brewing time is over, strain the tea.
7. Pour the finished tea into glasses and drink as it is or you can add some fresh fruit or berries 🫐🍓🍋🟩
