做得唔好/唔夠好 重要嗎?
別人既看法 又有多重要?
課堂上執動作係希望大家唔好受傷 咁再練落去先可以慢慢進步

練習瑜珈唔係要交功課比老師 (但你地有時都唔好太hea 😂)
尊重自己身體能力同限制
感受情緒, 呼吸, 動作既連結

相信係瑜珈堂上無老師/同學會同你講 你今堂表現好差
多數會批評自己既都係自己

Don’t practice yoga to be better at yoga Practice yoga for a better living

禪修小記🧘🏻‍♀️
由10月開始上每星期都上一節禪修課
當時第一堂係學打鼓
打一個好似球拍咁既鼓 🏸
打到我舂眼瞓 關節痛 唔知自己做緊咩 感覺都幾惡劣

今日上堂前知道又要打鼓 🥁
第一個反應係
唉 😅 唔好啦 唔想打 好悶啊
下意識認為呢一課都係惡劣既
但都無得揀 就照上啦 睇下今堂有咩花臣
點知落堂既時侯 獲益良多

人有不同既喜惡 好正常
但呢個喜惡有無影響到我地如何看待呢件事?
日常生活我地有無帶住呢個批判既眼睛/偏見去對待身邊嘅人/事物/環境
就好似我地好容易會認為大陸人一定差/ 著得少布一定係想比人睇/ 落雨一定唔好

有句話都講得幾岩
冇比較冇傷害 🤪
喜惡好多時源自比較
學習無分別心 煩惱自然減少

I have been eating a lot in this festive Dec 🙈, If you want to enjoy delicious food without any guilt, Okra definitely is a good choice! The menu is designed by nutritionist with options for meat lovers, vegans, gluten free, prefect for accommodating all parties.

I ordered
🍍🥭 smoothies to detoxify (I love it!)
🥦 local farm-to-table beetroot soup and grilled broccolini with cheese
🍌 banana blossom penne
🦃 turkey breast (must-eat for X’mas)
🍵 matcha lava pudding and red velvet cake (that you won’t wanna miss!)

印象中係2019 開始愛上Yoga 之後
都未試過休息咁耐唔練習
膊頭既不適 應該係練習初期就出現
當時陳老師提過我膊頭既問題
但因為唔係成日痛又唔係好知點處理
諗住唔係好大影響者 就一直由得佢

早排有個年紀比較大既學生同我講
👨🏻:你上次同我講左呢個問題之後, 我諗諗下 就終於解釋到點解我平時跑步同企一陣呢隻腳會好快就唔舒服, 我以為係正常, 以為個個人都係咁

當時覺得佢好傻 因為佢身體都幾大問題
發現醒起其實自己都係咁傻 🫣
我地既身體就好似小朋友/ attention seeker 咁
你唔正視佢唔理佢 佢就會愈百厭

休息左咁耐個人真係硬左好多又無力左好多
以前一d 隨時可以做黎打卡既動作
而家就算warm up 哂都做得好唔順🥹
除左身體上 呢段時間仲發現左一d日常生活, 思維上既毛病

無野既 人人都有不同大大小小既問題
知道左有咩問題就好好去改
知以不行 = 唔知
練瑜伽/冥想成日講既覺知
除左係張mat 度做 真係平時都可以做
同練式子一樣 做做下 就會愈做愈好
