GUGU ISLE YOGA & REIKI由註冊瑜伽導師Dap建立，旨在推廣健康生活，生活瑜珈。

有感於生活營營役役，我們很容易忽略了身心靈健康。Dap希望能帶動大家強身健體及舒緩已浮現的痛症：教授內容包括但不限於哈達瑜伽，瑜伽輪，空中瑜伽。

授課之餘，Dap亦不斷進修學習，令其教學相長。除了恒常瑜伽班，亦不定期聯同其他瑜伽導師舉辦主題工作坊。Dap的教學著重於正確擺位，深信聰明學務實練，教授有效的方法。
