大家好~轉眼又到一年中陽氣最盛嘅時間啦,2025年三伏天初伏係7月20日開始,但其實由今日(7月10日)開始,就已經踏入咗「伏前預備期」,係調理體質、打好底嘅黃金時機!
Hello everyone! The hottest and most yang-energized time of the year — Sanfu Days — is just around the corner.
This year, the first phase (初伏) starts on July 20, 2025, but from today (July 10), we’re already in the pre-Sanfu preparation period — perfect for warming up the body and boosting your health!

🌞 咩係「冬病夏治」?
🌞 What is “Treating Winter Illnesses in Summer”?
中醫話「冬病夏治」,即係喺夏天陽氣旺盛嘅時候,針對冬天容易反覆發作嘅慢性病,趁身體易吸收、陽氣充足,打好底。
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), “treating winter illnesses in summer” means using the peak summer yang energy to treat chronic conditions that usually worsen in winter — when your body is cold, weak, or damp.

✅ How to prepare before Sanfu begins?
1️⃣ 飲祛濕湯水 / Drink Dampness-Reducing Herbal Soups
🌿 今日我煲咗:土茯苓、赤小豆、扁豆、綠豆、薏米、蓮藕、章魚湯
☕ Boosts digestion, clears dampness, and strengthens the spleen.
🍼 Great for postpartum moms, children, and anyone with a “damp-cold” body type.

2️⃣ 少食寒涼嘢 / Cut Back on Cold & Raw Foods
❄️ 西瓜可以食,但要適量,唔好凍住食。
🍉 Watermelon is okay — in moderation! Avoid icy drinks or frozen fruit.
🚫 冷飲、雪糕、凍水果會傷脾胃,令貼敷/補身效果打折。
Cold foods damage the spleen and reduce the effectiveness of herbal treatments.

3️⃣ 鬆吓字,養陽氣 / Daily Habits That Warm the Body
☀️ 朝早曬太陽(9點前)/ Gentle morning sun before 9am
🧘♀️ 適量運動、微微出汗 / Light exercise, mild sweating
🦶 浸腳+艾灸(湧泉、命門)/ Foot soaking + moxibustion (Yongquan, Mingmen)
💨 少吹冷氣、唔好沖凍水涼 / Avoid cold showers or direct AC

🧧 What About Sanfu Plasters & Moxibustion?
📍 大人穴位 Adult acupoints:大椎、肺俞、風門、脾俞、腎俞
📍 小朋友 Children:敷15–30分鐘於大椎、肺俞、風門(用藥性溫和)
🌀 建議伏前試敷,避免敏感;部分中醫會先安排預貼作準備。
Try patching once before Sanfu to test for skin reactions.
🔥 艾灸建議穴位 Recommended moxa points:
神闕(肚臍)、足三里、關元、三陰交
→ 提升陽氣、改善寒底 Boost Yang energy & circulation

👉 每伏貼敷一次即可(最多 3 次),唔建議每日貼。
Do it once per phase. Daily sticking is not recommended.
