So excited to have a DIY & self-massage workshop with Education University of Hong Kong teachers and students from The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences to help relieve their stress from their thesis. The young students are so cute and gave a dramatic pose for a photo. It is my pleasure to chat with you all and share a good aroma journey together! 🥰💆‍♀️📚📸

好耐無post 過workshop 相，Q4 又係peak season. 好開心會見到好多黎自唔同公司/機構/學校嘅朋友！

今日照顧者自我按摩工作坊好特別，一個本身擔心自己有哮喘同埋咳緊嘅婆婆唔知適唔適合聞精油，俾佢聞左可以對舒緩咳嗽及哮喘嘅精油之後佢真係即刻停左咳，佢感覺舒服左好多; 另一個伯伯佢話佢已經中咗風三次本身好攰，聞左精油，體驗咗自我按摩後，佢覺得成個人精神左。

每場workshop 都係唔同既香薰旅程，有唔同經歷同感受，所有正面既feedback 都令我哋更動力繼續進步，努力推廣香薰治療，出一分力幫助更多有需要嘅人減壓，促進身心健康。

Had an amazing time conducting a DIY massage oil workshop with the wonderful staff from AXA Hong Kong & Macau! We delved into the power of aromatherapy to enhance sleep quality and relaxation.
