4 stages of Healing
According to Natural Medicine Doctor and the study of the World Health Organization, there is a process of healing for a sick person who wants to be healed using herbal or natural way of healing. Herbal medicine is not a magic that you just drink once and you will get well soon.
The healing process using herbal or natural way is: CLEANSING, DETOXIFICATION, NUTRIENTS ASSIMILATION and CELL REGENERATION.
Herbal plants and even the ones you see on tv ads or social media ads now have their own function or work -- either in 4 stages. There's a herbal function Cleansing; there's also a herbal function Detoxification; there's also a function of Nutrients Assimilation; or Cell Regeneration. So it's important to know what category it is in.
Example:
Drink herbal, food supplement, vitamins or natural plant extract to cure your illness. If its function is Nutrients Assimilation, you are already in the 3rd stage. 1st stage - Cleansing
