一碗 #米飯 代表什麼？🍚 大家還記得前幾年那部電影《 #飯戲攻心》嗎？🎬 戲裡說一家人總要齊齊整整在一起吃飯。👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 我認為 — 一碗軟糯甘甜的米飯就是一種幸福——✨ 因為每晚下班後，知道有人在等自己開飯，就是最平凡的幸福 ❤️ 就像 #中醫 所說，米飯能 #補氣養生；🌱 如果每天都能收穫這份幸福感，身心便能得到真正的滋養 🥰 願我們每個人，都能擁有這份幸福又養氣的溫暖 ☀️ （本來想揀飯戲攻心張繼聰版本嘅歌，但無此版本）

A bowl of rice 🍚 reminds us that the most important thing for a family is to sit down and share a meal together 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ✨Coming home after a long day at work, knowing that someone is waiting to eat with you 😋is the most beautiful, everyday blessing. ❤️ Just as suggests, rice replenishes our vital energy (Qi) and nourishes the body. 🌱 When we receive this sense of happiness every day, both our mind and body are truly sustained. 🥰 May each of us always have this warm, nourishing, and blessed feeling in our lives. ☀️

嚟緊要參加一個好隆重嘅婚禮💒 因為有 Dress Code👗所以我一早就周圍搵靚衫，完全不敢怠慢。一路搵嘅時候，見到呢幾款「 #中西合璧」嘅晚裝——上身係傳統嘅 #旗袍 剪裁，下身就揉合咗西式設計。真係好靚！仲令我諗起中學時期嘅 #長衫校服 📚如果當年件校服有咁 Fancy，我一定日日都想著。

其實而家好多嘢都講求 “East meets West”。好似我哋之前個 Pop-up Store 咁，就用咗現代藝術（Modern Art）去重新演繹傳統 #中醫理論🖼️ 而家我哋正準備將呢個 Gallery 搬上網，大家記得留意，好快就會正式 launch 🚀

平時鍾意睇舞台劇嘅我，今次一於支持靚仔 (Timothy Choi)同另外四位年青演員主演嘅《 #小城之春》🎬✨呢個劇由盧偉力博士改編同執導，最特別係用「劇中劇」去講愛情、道德同理想。

睇完真係有好多反思：
🤔 為咗理想，你可以去到幾盡？呢個世界有幾多潛規則、幾多不公平？
❤️ 到底有幾多事可以真正由心出發？
😔人生又會留低幾多遺憾？

見到一班年青人喺舞台上全力以赴，真係好熱血、好有感染力！繼續加油💪🏻👏🏻

由平淡嘅感覺到壓軸的驚喜，將我極度眼瞓嘅身軀突然拉回來，這可能就是醫學上所說的『音樂療癒』🎶🎸我就是喜歡他的不羈，喜歡他做飯嘅樣子，更愛他的敢愛敢恨❤️
