What is Yoga to me ?
Discovered yoga back in 2016, from then it has been a life-changing journey for me. I did not know what my purpose was, I felt like whatever I did was not serving the people, serving the world. I have been in multiple industries, from construction to education; but no matter how tough or confusing work was, yoga has always been a big part of my life during those times.
Yoga makes me feel good about my body, it has given me confident in what my body can do. A common myth of yoga is that, you need to be able to do all those difficult and insane poses, but it is a misconception, Yoga is about connecting our mind, body and soul.
and thus, I hope YOU can feel the same way via yoga too! It can be gentle stretches for you, some calming me-time out of the hectic schedule for you, or it can be a fun workout for you; no matter how you name it! The main outcome is to make you feel better about yourself, physically and mentally and just become happier in general :)
