23.3.23 Today feels like an auspicious day. Today I AM free.

Big changes are coming to the world.

It feels so easy to expand from the mind and bring awareness to the soul’s message today.

I feel so much joy in my heart. Just days ago while I was with my darkness it felt hard to have hope and be joyful - because I was in the blackhole of conditionings, thought forms that already proven time and time again doesn’t bring me joy.

So it is exhilarating that I rediscover al the joy has always been in my heart. Not the outside world, but right inside of me, waiting for me to come back.

I Am Free.

On the way to work I also feel a deep resonance in my body that I Am worthy as I Am. I don’t need to prove to anyone or anything that I am worthy of existing, prosper, love. I don’t need to do more. I don’t need to have more or live a certain lifestyle. I don’t need to look a certain way. I don’t even need to have a purpose or achieving anything. By simply just breathing and existing as a part of the Universe, I Am Worthy.

As a soul who chose abandonment as a core wound for expansion, this is a long time coming.

So I hope to share this resonance with you today. May you feel worthy at any given moment and free yourself from the need to prove. May you feel safe and peaceful to let go of past paradigm and conditionings. May you be free always.

Lately my sleep pattern has been disrupted by all the energies moving and shifting in the Universe 🤪 So much insight and feels came up to surrender to during the night. Knowing that it’s part of a deep cleansing on all levels to re-align me to embody even more light, I focus on taking care of my needs in every moment instead of pushing myself to follow my mind’s agenda.

So a massage day it is. 🥰

It reminds me to be so grateful to the nights where I got restful and woke up fresh 🥰🙏🏼

Finding joy in self-expression and unearthing my truth ✨🥰

How you doing this weekend? I hope y’all found time to do what you love and enjoy yourself.

This weekend I binged Netflix’s Next in Fashion season 1. Unexpectedly, it led me into a deep dive conversation of passion, bold creativity and self-expression with myself.

As a teenager I was obsessed with fashion magazine and always playing with clothes. At one point of course I wanted to become a fashion designer. Fashion has become an important, joyful outlet for self-expression and shaped my identity.

Later on in life I phased this out because I chose to believe in what some people around me believe - being told that loving fashion is “materialistic”, “extravagant”, buying beautiful but “impractical” pieces were stupid, feeling ashamed that I was a bit of a shopaholic without noticing it was a coping mechanism for stress, needed to “tone it down” because of conservative work environment… together with the deeply conditioned beliefs of “playing small”, “trying to fitting in”, trying to copy the successful people to “fake it till you make it”. Of course it did nothing other than sacking my joy, creativity and dimming my light.

I was not until after my spiritual awakening in 2018 that I started to see how this was a result of systematic, generational self-oppression running in the family and social circle after years of taking on fear-based beliefs from old and tiring society standards.

Through inquiry with my soul it also became clear that dimming my light and playing small is NOT what I’m here to do this lifetime. Self work works wonders in deconstructing and releasing these non-truth out of my system.

The series for me is a celebration of brave souls choosing to not care what others think and living their truth boldly, unapologetically, and vibrantly fuelling their creativity. It’s really inspiring during my season of reflection and Simsimling’s rebirthing. So grateful for good tv.
