I’d like to talk about third ventricle, narrow vertical cavity of diencephalon, is linking with endocrine, nervous and limbic system:
Four walls communicate with lateral ventricles and fourth ventricle, locates side with thalamus and hypothalamus, and roof with choroid plexus.
Filled with cerebrospinal fluid to protect bran and transport wastes and nutrients, which produced by the central nerve system and its ependymal cells.
The abnormalities appears as stroke, meningitis, hydrocephalus.

而且，你嘅一時方便，背後清潔工人點清理，認真諗下，真係會無風險？大有大做，細有細學。
見住一家大細成家同一時打開垃圾桶扔4個口罩，比個同理心，垃圾桶塞滿哂，口罩被吹跌落地，執果個又係清潔工人，仲要執成幾廿層😾
其實只要做多一步，搵野包住佢，或者返屋企將口罩放係膠袋後才棄置，每人做多一步。
己所不欲，勿施於人啊！

信唔信依啲tape 都係我自己貼？
其實自己痴更加了解自己需要，
Taping 無完全對錯，箇中原理很多，技巧亦很多，所以要痴過係自己身到先知岩唔岩自己。
痴tape唔代表自己係弱者（！）
痴tape其實都係作預防、激活、抑制等等主要用途，幫緊你去用得你身體用得其所！

希望可以示範唔同taping，互相研究，有需要嘅朋友試左後，可以有feedback。
右手主力手傷左，咁咪用多啲左手，都係手，練習同慣性，可以將陌生變得熟悉。

早幾日同跟母親大人吃semi Buffet
叫了份牛腹 Flank steak
當切開，看到一層層疊住的就💭💭
因當年在媽媽肚裡已經是肥豬加上忘了甚麼原因不可以順產
一看見一層又一層牛腹，就想起媽媽剖腹要生我的時候，要剖開7層才誕生如此可愛的我😈：皮膚、脂肪、基膜、腹肌、覆膜層、子宮肌肉層、羊膜層
基本上10-15cm的開口普通不過
如此深層嘅疤痕，不好好處理會變得皮膚緊繃僵硬沒彈性
更有可能影響腹腔的內臟及肌肉筋膜，增加附近內臟和肌肉筋膜黏連，可能導致腸道、腰背不適、膝蓋、恥骨疼痛、等等主要問題
不要看少疤痕！
現在學多了做多了，多了幫媽媽鬆開繃緊筋膜，少了聽到她悶叫了
