不知不覺已經4個年頭，
有幸遇到咁多位熱愛空中同瑜伽嘅同好
到今年2024年，Upsidedown 終於係4月16日畢業啦🏠
我地會有個farewell Day，歡迎曾經黎出過汗，留底過腳毛嘅朋友蒞臨聚會影相留念，一齊幫手拎走D瑜伽物資！

成立於2020年，屯門少數高樓底的空中瑜伽練習場地。
除了場地租用，我們特意邀請專業且有熱情的老師開授各種瑜伽課堂，
所有老師均完成由美國瑜伽協會認證的培訓。
