Dear Friends and Family,

I have created this page to experience, share and grow my Yoga practice with you all who might be interested. I am available in Hong Kong for practicing together, sharing and guiding in group sessions and or in small group private sessions.

I have been practicing Yoga for let’s say 20 years consciously and unconsciously since I was born as I am born to parents who believe in yoga as part of their life and a lifestyle rather than a physical practice only. I am 200 hours trained professional in Hatha, Vinayasa, Pranayama, Meditation and Yin.
