凱薩琳．仙伯格（Catherine Shainberg）將於今年九月首次親身來港，帶領我們成為「時間大師」。 在這個現今時代，我們深陷於各種旨在節省時間的科技與裝置之中。從應用程式到各式智慧裝置，無數的發明似乎都旨在幫助我們對抗這股無法抗拒的宇宙力量——時間。然而，我們卻經常覺得時間在流逝，甚至越來越快。我們是從什麼角度得出這樣的結論呢？時間是完全主觀的？還是有一個客觀存在的宇宙時鐘？時間，究竟是什麼？
本工作坊將探討各種形式的時間：線性時間、循環時間、身體時間、時空、預言與救世時間、歷史與神話時間、記憶、時間旅行、時間與物理學；以及變化與變化速度已超越我們適應能力的事實。這個週末，我們將直面挑戰，學習掌控這股最難以捉摸的力量——時間。
工作坊簡介：
在這個現今時代，變化來得如此迅速，以致我們的思維無法及時吸收轉變。我們的社會、法律與制度也難以跟上。過去，我們用了三十年才適應了汽車與飛機的出現；而今天，激進的變革卻不斷襲來。
挑戰從我們每個人自身開始——我們能否有意識地加快自身振動頻率，以觸及光的速度？我們能否啟動夢境中的量子層次，自由地壓縮或擴展時間？
答案是：可以的！ 有許多簡單的方法可以做到。這個週末就是要讓我們抓住時間的牛角，主動駕馭它。
本工作坊將協助我們辨識時間的內外層次，掌握時間的經驗，引領我們穿越這個充滿挑戰的時代。
本次工作坊將以英語授課，中文普通話即時翻譯，並根據需要提供粵語翻譯支援。
有限度的特別線上直播參與： 此特別的線上直播安排是為無法親臨香港現場的參加者提供的。由於現場觀眾規模及場地限制，您與講者的直接互動將受到限制。不過，您可以在聊天室中提出問題，這些問題將於工作坊休息期間審閱並回覆。

In this modern age, we are enmeshed in technologies and gadgets that are meant to save us Time. From apps to smart devices of all functions and forms, there are myriad inventions designed to help us beat this unstoppable Universal force. Yet, we frequently feel that Time escapes us, or is only accelerating. From what comparisons do we draw such conclusion? Is time purely subjective, or is there actually some Universal clock? What, in fact, is Time?
Catherine Shainberg comes to Hong Kong this September for the very first time — and from there, she will guide us in becoming Masters of Time.
This workshop examines Time in its different forms: linear, cyclical, body time, time-space, prophetic and messianic time, history and myth time, memory, time travel, time and physics; and the fact that change and the speed of change are overtaking our ability to adapt to them. We had thirty years to get used to the idea of cars or planes. Today radical change comes at us so fast our minds cannot absorb the change fast enough. Our societies, our laws and regulations lag behind.
The challenge starts with each one of us. Can we consciously quicken our vibrations to reach the speed of light? Can we activate the quantum level of dreaming to contract time or expand it at will?
Yes! There are simple ways of doing this. This weekend is about grabbing the bull by the horns and becoming masters at handling that most elusive of forces, time itself.
This workshop will help us to discern the inner and outer realms of time and how to master the experience of time to guide our way through these challenging times.

This special streaming arrangement is offered to those who cannot join us onsite in Hong Kong. Due to the size of the live audience and venue constraints, your direct interactions will be limited. However, you may post questions in the chat, and they will be reviewed and addressed during the workshop breaks.

Workshop Schedule – The daily schedule is September 18 – 20 from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM HKT. There will be two 20- minute breaks and a 90-minute lunch break each day.
Private Sessions with Catherine Shainberg – On Sunday, September 21 Catherine will make available a limited number of 30-minute private sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. Information to schedule a session will be found in the registration confirmation sent to all who register. Private session fee is $150 USD, payable upon booking.
