2B Alternative Into Arms & Body Turns On The Heat!
I've never really believed that those stretch marks cream or fat-burning creams work. If I'm going to lose weight, I'd rather rely on my own efforts of eating healthier, and exercising more. Rubbing on creams to remove fat seem too good to be true.
However, the boy who is also currently on a journey to get more ripped i.e. getting his muscles super defined, uses them. He has done his part in dieting and exercising {twice a day!!} and now is in the last part of his fitness program to really lose that last bit of flab. We apply the gel daily after shower, on dry skin. For the tummy, we massage in a circular motion for up to 3 minutes. I'm the only one using it for the arms and I just massage the upper underarms until fully absorbed.
The gel isn't too sticky and actually smells pretty good. It's also absorbed into the skin pretty fast. The first time I used it, the applied areas felt really HOT!! Nothing too unbearable, but you can definitely feel a burning sensation which lasted for about 15 minutes, then cooled down to a warm tingling sensation that lasted a few hours. I guess it's good that you can feel it's working??! :P You'll get used to it after a few applications.
Apparently the slimming gel does not use chilli or ginger extract because these ingredients may irritate the skin, but contain a new Heat Deep Penetrating {HDP} formula to reach fat cells and burn them. It also has acetyl hexapeptide-3 {AH3}, which is a highly-effective ingredient for target body slimming regions, to tighten the skin and to help avoid cellulite after slimming down. Interesting that they also added green tea extract to purify and help better absorption into the body and digestion when rubbed on the tummy area.
To be honest, I haven't seen any noticeable reduction of fat in my tummy or arm areas due to the gel... although hubby said he lost around 0.5 inches in his tummy area and I read some people lost 1-3 inches during this time! Maybe I have really stubborn fats hahaha. However, they do feel firmer and more toned {i.e. less jiggly!} even just after two weeks, which is why I wanted to share about this product. We would probably see more obvious slimming effect after longer usage. After all, the brand said you should be able to see results after a full treatment of 1.5 months, which is about how long 2-3 tubes last.
I would recommend using 2B Alternative Into Arms & Body slimming gel together with a proper diet and exercise plan like what we do. Don't just rely on fat-burning creams to help you look good.
