The aim of this blog is to clarify any false notions and misconceptions that circulate in the general public about health and wellness. I will draw from existing research literature, basically doing all the dirty work, and present to you my viewpoint based on empirical evidence. I can in turn familiarise myself with the most recent literature as a nutritionist and keep myself up-to-date with the latest insights. I will cover food, fitness and health-related topics, in hopes to inspire and motivate every reader and myself to either start or maintain a holistic and healthy lifestyle.
