每年 : 300萬人 死於「食鹽太多」

其中,亞洲人飲食中例如: 壽司豉油、醃製食品、罐頭、零食等等,令東亞地區人士的攝取超標%為全球最高。

🔷 為什麼「食太多鹽」會導致「高血壓」?

高鈉食鹽的攝入會引身體時的調節作用,把水份儲存起,水分增加導致血容量增加。
血量增加會使血管對各種升壓物質敏感性增加,引起細小動脈痙攣,導致血壓升高。

🔷 然後,「高血壓」為什麼會引起「心臟病」?

血管壁本身十分薄弱和柔軟,高血壓會使血管壁承受較大的壓力,使得血管壁出現不同程度的輕微受損,之後,隨著血液流動的靠大細胞物質例如: 脂肪、鈣質等便會積聚在血管壁的「傷口」(類似皮膚受傷然後康復後的疤痕),使血管壁從柔軟變成硬化,因而造成動脈硬化狹窄,引起心絞痛甚至心肌梗塞等疾病發生。

高血壓常令左心室負荷加重而變得肥厚、擴大,造成心臟無力,嚴重甚至導致後天心臟衰竭。

🔷 飲食方面要注意 :

大家應多了解那些食物屬於高鹽高鈉。
