Our hearts are with the Wang F*k Court community during this unimaginable tragedy. We are deeply saddened by the recent events, and our thoughts are with all those who have been affected. This is an incredibly painful time, and we are holding everyone affected, as well as their loved ones and families, close in our thoughts and prayers.

We had a wonderful time co-hosting our Senior Chair Yoga session at the beautiful Sikh Temple with the The Zubin Foundation 小彬紀念基金會 🧘

Led by teachers Geetha and Emily, the session provided a supportive and uplifting environment for seniors to engage in gentle, accessible exercises.

These movements are designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and overall wellbeing, as part of our regular programming.💚

We had an incredible time at the Sandy Bay Charity Fair, celebrating 70 years of the 香港弱能兒童護助會 The Society for the Relief of Disabled Children - SRDC! 🎉

Our very own ZENsory Zone was a hit, offering hand massages, yogi toes, breathing & bubbles, mindfulness toys, and more—a little glimpse into the wellbeing practices we champion at YAMA. 🫧🧸

It was so rewarding to share our mission, connect with attendees, and meet fellow NGOs.

A huge thank you to SRDC for including us in such a special celebration. Congratulations on your incredible milestone and 70 years of impact! 🙌

我們在「大口環根德公爵夫人兒童醫院賣物會」度過了一個難忘的週末，一同慶祝「SRDC-香港弱能兒童互助會」 70 週年紀念！🎉

我們的 「Zensory Zone 感官體驗區」大受歡迎，提供手部按摩、瑜伽腳趾伸展、呼吸與泡泡遊戲、靜觀小玩具等多種體驗 —— 讓大家感受到 YAMA 所推廣的身心健康練習。能夠與公眾分享我們的使命、交流互動、並結識其他非牟利機構，真是非常有意義。

衷心感謝 SRDC 的邀請，讓我們能參與這個特別的慶典。衷心恭喜 SRDC 達成這個非凡里程碑 —— 七十年來一直為香港帶來深遠的影響！🙌

What a joy it was to host our Family Yoga sessions with Caritas Integrated Family Service Centre Tung Tau! 🥰Over four Saturdays in September (06, 13, 20, 27), families from Wong Tai Sin District joined us for some fun and bonding. These sessions were all about strengthening parent-child relationships and fostering wellbeing 💚

能夠與香港明愛東頭綜合家庭服務中心合作舉辦家庭瑜伽課，真是一件令人喜悅的事！🥰
在剛剛過去九月份的四個星期六中（6 、13 、20 及 27 日），黃大仙區的家庭齊聚一堂，一同享受親子互動與樂趣。這系列課堂以加強親子關係、培養身心健康為核心，讓家庭在溫馨互動中找到喜悅與連繫。💚

Over the summer, YAMA joined forces with 保良局 Po Leung K*k & the Sprouts Foundation to bring the joy of yoga to primary school students with Teacher Melody! Held at P.L.K. Stanley Ho Sau Nan Primary School, these classes help children build confidence, focus, and wellbeing. Here’s a couple of our favourite snaps! ☺️

這個夏天，YAMA 與保良局及思培基金服務中心攜手合作，由 Melody 老師帶領，為小學生帶來充滿樂趣的瑜伽課！課堂於保良局何壽南小學舉行，幫助孩子們培養自信、專注力與身心健康。
