A big thank you to Teacher Melody for guiding our Yoga for Mental Health class on Saturday! Through slow-paced Yin Yoga, she shared powerful tools to manage mental health, including breathing exercises, stress-relieving poses, and calming mindfulness techniques.🧘🏻‍♀️✨

YAMA is thrilled to have secured a space for our Accessible Wellbeing Centre at FLK Tower, Wanchai! 🥳 Finding a truly accessible location in HK wasn’t easy, but thanks to Colliers, we found the perfect spot while highlighting the importance of inclusive spaces. Accessibility is more than logistics—it’s a mindset. 👌🏻💚

YAMA chatted with Arnav Sethi, Leasing Executive, Office Services at Colliers, who shared his insights and tips on securing this location and how it has shaped his approach moving forward.
