Per-natal & Postnatal Yoga 85 hours Teacher Training completed
As a woman, this training gives me more than pre & postnatal yoga, I have also understand my own body a lot.

From all the teach training that I have learned, I like this TT the most because it’s so meaningful.
Accomplish a huge mission with extra care. The responsibility is way more than a “Yoga Instructor”.

How hormones effect your body and help you to give birth.
Both physical and mental changed (suffer) by hormones produce in your body.
100% care on mental and physical to mom to be.
How scary on giving a birth…😅

It’s all our job as a pre & postnatal yoga instructor.

Big thanks to the trainer and all my lovey colleagues. It’s fun to act as “Mom” or “Dad” 😂😂

Elbow Stand - Pincha Mayurasana

In this asana, keep your shoulder blades lifted and broadened while pressing your forearms, wrist, and palms into the ground for a strong, supportive base. Pull your navel with straight legs version. Then slow arch your back for variation, push your shoulder backward. Relax your head and neck and press against the ground.

Stay near a wall while learning to find balance in elbow stand. Work on your shoulder strengthen like Dolphin pose.

Let’s do Eka Pada Koundinya II
Arm balance pose
Warm up your hip joint, hamstring, shoulders and writs before starting the pose.
1. Start from Lizard pose. Elbows shoulder apart, please it next to the heel. Sink shoulder down.

2. Right arm 90 degrees place behind right heel, sink hips down and sit on your elbow. Back leg tuck toes, active tight muscle.

3. Lift right leg up by lower your upper body down. Right elbow hug in and straighten the right leg.

4. Lower your chin down without touching the ground. Shift body weight slightly forward, engage core and lift the back leg up.

How to do Camel pose

Do you feel back pain when you do backbend? Try the following steps👇🏻

1. Stand on your knees, shoulder apart. Place your palms on your pelvic bone, elbows pointing backward. Roll your shoulder back.

2. Engage your hips and abdomen muscles, square hips and push your hips forward.

3. Lengthen your torso by a deep inhale, expand your chest and exhale bend backward.

4. If you don’t feel any back pain, you can challenge yourself by raise your arms up , reach your palms on the ground to full Camel pose.

*Exit the pose if you feel back pain or any dizziness
**Assistant needed when you do this pose the first time

Improve your Split
Follow these steps to improve your split.

1. Start in half monkey pose, left leg 90 degrees , Keep your hip above hip. Square hip, move right hip a little backward.

2. Front leg straight and toes point toward shoulder. Inhale keep your back straight, exhale bend forward

3. Keep your right leg straight, meanwhile walk your left leg back into the full split

4. Slowly sink your hips down and make sure the hips square, right hip push back, left hip forward.
