Sweet potatoes come in a variety of flesh colours; they're delicious with the added nutritional benefits of being high in fibre, vitamins A, B and C.

Making meat free meals has never been so easy, with lots of vegetarian and vegan products available from supermarkets and health food stores in Hong Kong.

The recipes for stir fried celery with olives and vegetarian meat crumbles (Beyond Meat available from Green Common) and brown rice stir fry with chestnuts, shiitake and beansprouts were in last weekend's SCMP Young Post magazine.

Recipes for two British classic sweet treats - fruit fool and coconut ice were featured in last weekend's South China Morning Post Sunday SCMP Young Post Magazine. The coconut ice squares have been naturally coloured with plant powders from Misty Day Plant Potions available from Eat The Kiwi and the dairy free custard used for the fruit fool has been prepared using the barista version of the Oat drink from Oatly available from Green Common Thank you Amy Chang Wai Sze Clark-Burton and Miranda Yuen for the lovely props used in these food photos.
