這系列有五種香氣：佛手柑、薰衣草、生薑、薄荷和檀香，每一種都能帶來不同的療癒功效，幫助我重新喚醒感官。

而我最喜歡的香味是薰衣草。它不僅香氣宜人，還能幫助我放鬆心情，舒壓放鬆，而且薰衣草的舒緩效果對於睡眠也特別有幫助，讓我每晚都能安然入眠。
另外生薑精油乳液能幫助我提神集中，讓我在瑜伽練習中更加專注。

🌱 使用方法：
1. 擠出少量精油乳液。
2. 塗於太陽穴、頸後和鼻孔下方。
3. 輕輕打圈按摩，讓香氣慢慢釋放，享受那份寧靜。
