由 專業婦科物理治療師 親自教授,
結合理論講解與實際運動訓練,
幫準爸媽建立正確、安全嘅孕期運動與分娩準備觀念。

Led by a professional women’s health physiotherapist,
this workshop combines education and hands-on exercises
to help parents prepare confidently for pregnancy and birth.

Join our New Year Running Workshop at Kai Tak, happening every Monday — no matter your level, there’s a place for you.

For January, we would hold the event on *Monday Jan 5th, 12th, 26th* and *Wednesday Jan 20th & 21st (collaboration with Harbour Runner for runner after standard charter marathon)*

📍 Airside, Kai Tak | 8/F Asphodel House

*Jan 20th 21st (Collaboration with Harbour Runner at 7:30pm - 8:30pm)*

🕗 8:00 – 9:15 PM
🕖 Meet at 7:50 PM for bag drop

✅ 3–4 km easy run
✅ Strength, mobility & footwork training
✅ Led by a sports physiotherapist

🏃 Choose your challenge
•⁠ ⁠Beast Mode: 5:30–6:00 min/km
