☯️8 (long) days for the rest of your life💚 I want to share with you the most life- changing 8 days to date.
I enrolled myself in 8 days (5pm-midnight) of QiGong meditation practice.
Quite simply put, it is the practice of producing & circulating your internal Qi safely & effectively through your body to Re- balance and heal your body from the inside. It is based on principles that have existed for thousands of years and never changing... (unlike modern medicine🤐)
I didn't know what to expect and I had very little knowledge on this topic, but I made a commitment to learn and be present for the entire time, and it was the best investment in time, money, effort, dedication, discipline and commitment I have ever made. The 8-10hrs of practice & learning a day, sleeping for 2-3hrs and waking up at 5am for practice before work was worth it for a lifetime of health!
Our Sifu, Budiman was the most patient and passionate teacher one could ask for. The moment I Tong Guan (通關), was a once in a lifetime feeling that can only be understood if you practice. The best way I can describe it is like this picture...I felt a sudden gush of cold water or electricity rushing up my body and felt my hair was flying up like this! My tongue was like a magnet vibrating to the roof of my mouth. The sensation was euphoric and magical and I didn't want it to end. From then, I was addicted. I was addicted to the calmness, the peace, the healing, chasing the DMS 'high' and the energy I feel through my body. 8 days of sacrifice, for a lifetime of health💝
