Remember, the golden rule is to find someone reliable and trustworthy when sharing your personal feelings🙌🏻Sometimes friends and family might not fully understand your work situation, they may need more time and details to better grasp what you’re going through🤔Colleagues can also be great sharing partners, as they are more likely to resonate with your work experiences. Also, they may be able to provide constructive advice and support, so you are not facing your work pressure alone✨
When sharing feelings at work, some tips can help💡Try observing which coworkers are trustworthy first, and start with light topics like hobbies or favourite restaurants to build trust gradually. Then, you can slowly open up about your feelings and experiences at work at a suitable time. Be aware of your colleagues’ reactions while remaining open, respectful and supportive of each other😊Comment below and tell us, who do you usually talk to about work stress? 👇🏻
In general, do you think dads tend to keep their feelings and emotions to themselves?🤔
Society often expects men to be strong, and dads to carry the family burden🏠. This can make it hard for them to show emotions🤐, leading them to silently bear burdens. In fact, they have emotional needs too, especially working dads💼, who have to balance work and family pressures.
This Father’s Day 👨👧👦, let’s connect more with our dads, appreciate their efforts, and offer support. You could invite him to exercise, watch TV, or have a meal together. These small acts can help him de-stress and strengthen family bonds🫂
How would you express your gratitude and care to your dad? Vote and let us know! 😜
