The mess, the calm, the anxiety, the uncertainty, the stillness, the courage, the frustration, the fear, the love...⁣

I’m feeling it all and I’m embracing it.⁣

This journey isn’t about feeling positive all the time, the work isn’t to always be fine and to feel no stress or pain. The work IS to feel. To accept that life is not always fair, to ride the ebbs and flow of life, to find your stillness amongst chaos... the work is knowing you always have a choice to shift your perspective but it is also okay to not BE okay all the time.⁣

I took a 5 day digital detox which stretched out into almost a week (I’ll share this in my stories) but I am back, and my heart is so full from all the amazing feedback from you about episode 12 with ✨⁣

There are days you wake up and you just know it’s just going to be a LONG DAY. Parents, I know you guys can relate. ⁣

And no I’m not going to tell you to go meditate and only think positive vibe, although you can’t go wrong with a meditation.⁣

But days like these, I try to slow the f**k down. I am somebody that is quite anxious, and when things are out of my control, well it just brings my anxiety levels up and nobody benefits with being around me SO this is what I usually do and what I will be doing today to help set me up for the day:⁣

Movement- I’ve been invited to my very first .experience so the timing is perfect cause I can’t wait to learn to release through dance!⁣

Time out as a mom - this is extra important to me, even 20 minutes to just make space for some self love. I think I’m gonna put my legs up against the wall and see if I doze off.⁣

Connect - I got some homemade Playdough and I’ve saved some games to play with Raiden.⁣

Treat yo self - hubby and I are treating ourselves a good Indian dinner tonight! YES!⁣

And laugh! ⁣

In case you don’t see a pattern up there, these are basically the things that I feel will help recharge and uplift my mood, so that I have reserves to give to my family. ⁣

M Y M O R N I N G S⁣

If you listen to my Conscious Collective Podcast, you’d know that I ask every guest to paint us a picture of how their mornings look, and I realise I never really shared mine fully.⁣

I don’t have a rigid ritual anymore since becoming a mama, but in the last 2 months, I’ve been waking up 30mins to an hour before everyone else most days and I have to say, it has become an absolute transformation for me. ⁣

This is what my mornings look like these days:⁣


Tongue scraping (get that nasty bacteria out that’s been collected overnight)⁣
Big glass of warm lemon water ⁣
Essential Oil (usually a calm or self love blend)⁣
Meditation to ⁣
Read my morning statement⁣
Feel my deepest gratitude for...⁣

Somedays, I take out my angel cards, some days I hold a crystal and light a candle but I’ve let go of having a rigid routine. I notice how productive, creative and present I am when I start my day with myself.⁣

I don’t like to define habits as good or bad, but let’s talk about those habits that are not serving you towards your health goals.⁣

Firstly, trust that you CAN ABSOLUTELY change them. Firstly, a very important step is to identity what this habit is, you then have to dive deep into understanding what these unwanted habits are serving you with when you do them? As in, what rewards do you get from achieving them. This could be a feeling, a sense of satisfaction, an escape, relaxation, convenience, boredom…etc ⁣

Once you can identify this, you then work on what we call - crowding it out. There are a few more steps that I coach clients through to get to a place of crowding out but the important thing to know is NOT TO remove this habit cold turkey. Instead, to replace this habit with one that you feel will provide you with a similar reward that you get from this unwanted habit.⁣

This takes time and a coach can help you work out the new habit that will serve you in your current lifestyle, so that it’s not a drastic change, but along some willpower initially, and a clear action plan as to when this habit will take place in your day, you will start to crowd out this unwanted habit with this new habit and the more consistent you are, the more automatic this habit will feel as part of your lifestyle.⁣

Have you tuned into episode 11 with from yet?⁣

This episode is all about stepping into alignment and the healing tools to help you get there. Eva and I chatted about ethical consumerism, being a conscious business owner, the magical powers in crystals, transformative self-care tools, yoni gazing, plant medicine, India, Egypt and all the life lessons in between!⁣

My Rai of Sunshine,⁣

It took us a while to get the hang of how this whole breastfeeding thing worked, Mummy was trying too hard to get it right. We both just needed time to learn from each other and once we got the hang of it, wow it truly was the most incredible gift we’ve ever gifted each other. ⁣

It makes me sad that I don’t remember how it feels to breastfeed you anymore, the days seemed so much longer back then and now they seem to be flying by but something I’ll never forget is this knowing of how capable a mother’s body truly is. Thank you for igniting this deep love I have for my body. 💛⁣
