“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” Nikola Tesla

Hello! My name is Tiffany. I'm passionate about many things, one of them being Kinesiology. I've always had an interest in complementary therapies and feel so fortunate that I came across Kinesiology. It helped me with many things I was going through and subsequently I became thoroughly fascinated by it and began to study Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology under the lovely and knowledgable Brett Scott. Though I don't think you can ever stop learning Kinesiology, I am now practicing and hope to help people, the way it helped me. What is Kinesiology? Kinesiology is primarily a STRESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. I specialise in Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology (NEK) which combines Western and Eastern medical knowledge to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health. It helps to remove stressors in your mind/body thereby providing support, in areas that you may need. In a Kinesiology ‘balance,’ the goal is to identify the cause or the stress of any imbalance and then resolve it. It may be nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic or even spiritual. Through this modality, profound changes may be experienced emotionally, mentally and physically. When our system is functioning well, we feel well. How does it work? Our bodies are controlled by a very complex bio ‘computer,’ the brain. Kinesiology uses the neurological feedback of the muscles in your body to detect where there are imbalances. These imbalances may show up as problems in the body structurally, chemically, emotionally or energetically. Muscle monitoring (gentle muscle response testing on an arm or leg muscle), allows for the Kinesiologist to detect and correct these imbalances that aren’t often accessible to the human conscious mind. Accessing the bio-system, allows the Kinesiologist to determine the specific strategy to best bring the body and mind back to a balanced state. What Can Kinesiology help with? Kinesiology does not treat or diagnose any medical conditions or named diseases nor can they prescribe. Kinesiologists can however, support the body energetically and help remove stress so that the body is better able to heal it self. Examples of what Kinesiologists can help with:
- Muscle imbalances, Physical pain e.g frozen shoulder, tense shoulders, TMJ problems
- Emotional Stress e.g. insomnia, fatigue, adrenal fatigue, headaches
- Structural deviations
- Energetic/vibrational imbalances e.g. meridian, chakra imbalances
- Learning difficulties e.g. dyslexia, ADD
- Nutritional/ Biochemical imbalances e.g IBS, Constipation
- Sensitivities/ Allergies
- Performance below desired levels e.g. feeling stuck, feeling unable to reach your goals
- Other health issues

I'm always telling friends and clients to 'do what's comfortable'.  "It doesn't matter what label your relationship has. As long as you're comfortable." "Don't worry if it's too much too soon. Just go at a pace that's comfortable." "No worries if you're too tired to come, hun. Do whatever's comforta...

Similarly, Qigong,Tai Chi and the postures of yoga, have been found to increase electrical conductance at acupoints, yet science never believed in the existence of meridians until now.

Neurologist Charles Krebs, left paralysed after a diving accident, got back on his feet thanks to kinesiology, a mix of Chinese acupressure and Western medicine. He's since spent his life exploring the science behind it and perfecting the therapy.
