《淺談體感療癒》

體感療癒 (Somatic Experiencing®️，簡稱 "SE") 是經過 NASA (美國國家航空暨太空總署) 驗證的創傷療癒方式，能溫和地引導受創傷者產生生理變化，幫助身體恢復健康。SE™️ 採用有機體的心理學方法，廣泛應用於減少不必要的痛苦。培訓對象包括各類專業人士，如心理治療師、醫生、護士、職業/ 物理治療師、身體工作者等，歡迎公眾人士參加 。

講者: Dr. Theresa Hanaoka

Theresa 是在日本出生長大的首位日本 SE™️ 講師。她部分教育在美國完成，擁有健康心理學博士學位，從事心理治療師工作超過30年。她目前是櫻美林大學的講師，受邀在多所大學和其他教育基金會發表演講。她已將十多本關於 SE™️ 和多重迷走神經理論 ( Polyvagal Theory) 的書籍翻譯成日語。她首次將 Peter Levine 博士 和 Stephen Porgers 博士深入研究的凍結反應概念引入日本刑事法。

Somatic Experiencing ®️ is a NASA proven trauma healing modality which will gently invite physiological changes in those who are suffering from trauma, and support their bodies to restore the wellness. SE™️ is an organistic approach, and can be applied widely to reduce unnecessary sufferings.

Dr. Theresa Hanaoka is a lecturer at J.F. Oberlin University, Japan. She's been invited to speak at various Universities and other educational foundations. She has translated more than ten books regarding SE and Polyvagal Theory into Japanese. She was the first one to introduce the concept of "freeze response", which was extensively studied by Dr. Levine and Dr. Porges to the Japanese Criminal Law. This training is open to professionals, including Psycho therapists, Medical Doctors, Nurses, OT/PT, body workers, etc.

Dr. Hanaoka is the first Japanese SE™️ faculty member and she teaches SE™️ tactfully in Asian context. She was born and raised in Japan, and was partially educated in the U.S. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Psychology and has practiced as a Psycho therapist for over thirty years.
