蜆肉鮮甜又惹味,不過白灼會有腥味,而且海鮮偏寒涼。但係加埋清酒一齊煮嘅話,除咗可以去腥添香味,又有驅寒暖胃嘅效果,食落更開胃!下次食蜆記住試下用清酒煮喇~
