有時,身體輕微發炎的情況, 原因與(1)“食”不足夠、(2)飲水不足、(3)天天運動, 但引致復原時間/休息不足, 都有關。學員努力均衡日吃4餐+飲水足,並嘗試休息1-2星期不做劇烈運動(有保持步行充足睡眠 ),發炎得以舒緩,磅數也減了。 大家努力吃足夠喔😉
