Starting off as a tiny group of (apparently, insane) people and dogs - where the dogs were in majority - we are now 80 people strong, from 6 y olds to 66+ y olds, cocreating this beautiful community for almost 6 months now (so many 6s 😊).

My name is Aigul and I’m a certified breathwork practitioner, graduated from International Centre of Conscious Breathing Studying and Practicing, part of Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GBPA).

I started practicing conscious breathwork on the trails of Hong Kong as I needed more energy for my long runs. Later on, breathwork became my number one healer in many life situtations.
