We’re thrilled to announce our 50-Hour Yoga Anatomy & Therapy Training with Master Saumik 🧘‍♂️ — happening 8–18 January 2026 in Hong Kong & online!

This hands-on immersion is designed for certified yoga teachers and wellness professionals who want to:

🔹 Level Up Your Practice
🕚 11 am – 1 pm | 2 hours $500
An advanced workshop blending anatomy, therapy, and asana practice. Focus on refining technique and developing strength with safety and intelligence.

🔹 Deep Inner Alignment
🕑 2 – 3:30 pm | 1.5 hours $380 (Open to studio package holder)
Explore alignment principles, breath, and foundational postures. Build flexibility, balance, and awareness — suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

♦️ Full Body Yoga Therapy (Free Intro Session)
🕓 4 – 6 pm | Free (RSVP required, join via Zoom also welcomed)
Experience yoga as a healing tool through one-to-one demonstrations and insights from Master Saumik’s extensive therapeutic experience.

邀請你參加一個結合聲音療癒與創作的靜心工作坊。透過頌缽的聲音與酒精墨水的流動，讓自己慢下來，感受當下。
