剛剛完成了一堂《Anatomy Trains Structural Essentials - Fans of the Hips》。同學們開始理解腳板與盆骨之間的關係，還有對盆骨本身的觀察，這讓我們更深入地了解人體。希望這個課程能帶領大家探索得更深！

還有兩天的課程——Opening the Breath。大家一起繼續努力上課吧！💪✨

Just wrapped up a class on ”Anatomy Trains Structural Essentials - Fans of the Hips.“ The students are beginning to understand the connection between the feet and the pelvis, as well as how to observe the pelvis itself. This is helping us gain a deeper insight into the human body. I hope this course leads everyone to explore further!

We have two more days of class—Opening the Breath. Let’s keep up the hard work together! 💪✨
