Under the globally recognized, ASI, SUP YOGA HK is an accredited training centre and running teacher trainings and retreats to offer you the safest and most fun practice out at sea! We wanted to get out on SUP boards to practice yoga. Even though it's well-known in other parts of the world, it's just starting up in Hong Kong. So, we decided to organize our own SUP day (re)treats that would take ev
eryone out to the waters and create an experience for people to connect to the sand, sea, SUP, practice yoga and connect to each other. Nadine Bubner is an avid runner and triathlon athlete; with the rigorous exercise from running, cycling and swimming she found yoga a haven for both body and mind. Originally from Berlin - Germany, she has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for the last 6 years. She is registered as a Yoga Teacher by the International Yoga Alliance (250 hours) with Yoga Limbs Hong Kong, Prenatal certified with Dr. Jean Byrne - theyogaspace Perth. Furthermore Nadine is a Holistic Health Coach (CHHC, AADP) and IRONMAN Certified Coach. She enjoys teaching yoga for runners, focusing on stretching and releasing tension that tends to develop in the hamstrings and hips and combines it with yin yoga and the insights that come with a slower, deeper, more introspective yoga practice. Diana (Dee) Cheung, originally from Toronto, Canada, enjoys a sweaty pursuit that is challenging, fun and finishes with a coconut water. She first stepped onto her mat at 16 and started teaching yoga two years ago, completing trainings with Patrick Creelman, Radiant Child with Jenny Smith and Birthlight Baby Yoga with Sally Lomas. She loves working with children because they serve as a reminder to stay light, playful and curious all the time!
