I’m back home in Hong Kong. 🇭🇰
Back on Ma Wan. 🏝️
Back with my family. 🫶🏼
It’s officially winter here, yet the air still feels warm, soft, and grounding. That feels fitting after the season I’ve just walked through with my family.
A week after returning home, my beautiful mother-in-law, Ms. Linda, passed away.
The nearly two months I spent in Florida caring for her changed me. Deeply 💔
Grief has a way of slowing everything down and clarifying what matters most.
Family. Presence. Health. Community.
I want to say thank you to this community for staying connected with me while I navigated elder care, uncertainty, and loss. Your messages, patience, and quiet support meant more than you know.
As we move through this season, I hope you find time to sit with the people you love, to check in on your body, and to give yourself permission to rest when life feels heavy.
I’ll be easing back into sharing in the New Year with more interviews, reflections, and practical tips to support women 35+ through perimenopause, stress, energy shifts, and healthy ageing.
Before I do, I’d love to hear from you.
❓What topics would you like me to talk about in the new year?
❓Are there workshops or conversations you’d love to see added in 2026?
Thank you for being here 🙏🏼
Wishing you a gentle, nourishing season with your loved ones. 🌿
Tammy 🤍
