Almost 44.. 😇 These are some of the things I do on most days to reduce inflammation and slow ageing.

💫 I replenish my body with homeopathically prepared cellular minerals - external influences stress, wifi and modern agriculture cause deficiencies. Each mineral remedy is related to a different facial sign.

💫 I Meditate - helps lower cortisol & stress lines/wrinkles

💫 I avoid eating 3-4 hours before bedtime - to enhance detoxification

💫 I avoid high-protein meals and have more balanced meals - too much animal protein can make the body acidic which causes inflammation which breaks down collagen.

💫 I do low-impact workouts to avoid excessive wear and tear

💫 I practice yoga and deep breathing to detoxify, oxygenate and rejuvenate my cells

💫 I do facial exercises and massage to keep my facial muscles tight.

💫 I have enough good fat - ghee, almonds, avocado to keep my skin nourished.

This simple but challenging hack has tremendous benefits. Clients feel so many benefits including better digestion, energy, sleep and over time rejuvenated skin.

Our digestive fire which helps us absorb and digest is in sync with the sun. After sunset set our digestive fire slowly extinguishes. If we can’t digest, what we eat it turns into toxins. Which manifests in the body!

As you heal at a cellular level your face rejuvenates!

“My goals were to improve digestion, weight loss and detoxing the body. Nomita helped me with my goals by taking an ayurvedic approach to food, aligning my intake in accordance with how my body, especially my digestive system, absorbs food; transitioning to a 2-3 meals a day schedule; and balancing protein, grains and vegetables and learning the nutritional and medicinal benefits of spices. Besides the focus on food, she took a holistic approach and incorporated breathing and (self) massage routine into my daily life.

Within weeks, my digestive problems were solved and have not returned. Gradually, reliance on addictive substances like sugar and alcohol have reduced. After four months on the programme, I lost about 14 pounds. I feel calmer. I am making better choices on how to fuel my body with nutritious and natural foods.
