友善措施 / 活動名稱:
ABCD家泉戶曉齊結網

學院於2020年11月下旬於水泉澳邨推行計劃，致力提升居民的健康意識及滿足長者的健康需要。例如與不同的長者中心及教會組織合作推動「泉心護你」義工及護理學生義工培訓工作，定期安排他們探訪獨居或雙老長者。計劃其中一個亮點是成立「社區護士諮詢站」，與區內不同持分者合作推動，定期由護士為長者及照顧者提供保健、復康等服務。計劃推行兩年以來，每年均會聯同中大傳訊及公共關係處以及禮賢會沙田長者鄰舍中心，向水泉澳邨的獨居及雙老長者派發「中大」月餅以及禮品。

Wish you all a healthy and happy 2023 !!

We have certainly been through a challenging few years with the COVID-19 pandemic, and our thoughts go out to all those who have been affected by the virus.

We hope that this new year brings an end to the pandemic and that we can all begin to return to a sense of normalcy. It is also important for us to prioritize our mental health and well-being during these trying times.

Let's make an effort to take care of ourselves and support one another as we navigate through this period of uncertainty.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy new year.
