同時，身為香港製造的輔導員，在NHS完成PCE-CfD培訓，成為High Intensity Therapist
2025年至2026年：調整、休息、進修，再出發
由多年的私人執業，轉型為英國強大精神健康服務系統內的一枚齒輪；
我深明在體制框架與人本理念之間取得平衡的挑戰。
這次回歸，我會堅持BACP的倫理框架，
陪伴同工處理臨床工作中的多重交織性。

Upon relocating to the UK, I made a promise to the version of myself from a decade ago: to deepen my practice through professional clinical supervision training. As 2026 unfolds, this journey is nearing its fruition.
As a Hong Kong-trained counsellor who has navigated the rigorous path to becoming an NHS PCE-CfD High Intensity Therapist, my transition from years of private practice into the "gears" of the UK’s mental health system has been profound.
I truly understand the delicate dance between institutional frameworks and humanistic values.
In this return to supervision, I am committed to upholding the BACP Ethical Framework, walking alongside fellow practitioners as we deconstruct the complex Intersectionality within our clinical work.
