As a mother, one of the hardest things to learn is this:

Love is not always removing pain.

Sometimes, love is holding space for someone while they experience it.

I used to think caring meant fixing, protecting, and preventing discomfort for the people I love.

But motherhood and life taught me this:

When we constantly "rescue" people from difficult emotions, failures, or consequences, we may also be taking away their opportunity to grow.

This applies to our partners, our friends, our family… and our children.

Our role is not to control their journey. Our role is to become the calm, steady presence that reminds them:

“You can feel this.”
“You've got this.”
“You will be okay.”

Big feelings aren't to be eliminated. They're to be cared for. 🤍

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers learning to love with both tenderness and courage.

In a fast-paced city like Hong Kong, striving for excellence can exhaust us.
One of the traps I’ve seen myself and my clients fall into is this:

We keep thinking we need to do MORE.
Be BETTER.
Push HARDER.

But here’s the good news: Doing more is not the answer.
Isn’t that a relief?

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what’s right for you.
I created a simple ebook, which is a gift for you.
It’s not another strategy, but a GPS.

Something to help you reconnect with your values, so you can move in a direction that actually feels aligned, not just productive.

Most people don’t struggle in relationships because they chose the wrong person.

They struggle because they don’t understand what stage they’re in.

The honeymoon phase feels effortless.
Real relationships don’t.

That doesn’t mean it’s wrong. It means it’s real.

If you’re feeling:
👉🏻 disconnected
👉🏻 confused
👉🏻 unsure about your relationship

You don’t need more guessing. You need clarity.

🎧 Listen to my episode tomorrow (link in bio). I break down what’s actually happening and how to navigate it.

Four letters can describe your patterns.
They can explain your tendencies.
But the moment you let them define you—
you stop growing.

You are not your type.
You are how willing you are to go beyond it.

15/04/2026

You think they don’t understand you.
But what if the real problem is—👉 you’re expecting them to think like you?

MBTI can help you see differences. But the moment you attach to it:
“I’m like this.”“They’re like that.”
You stop being curious. You stop adapting. And slowly… the connection fades.

Because real relationships aren’t about being the same.

👉 They’re about learning how to meet in the middle

If this made you think about your own relationship, listen to my newest podcast episode and I’ll share how to actually use it without damaging connection.

Or book a session with me if you want deeper insights on how to understand yourself and others without putting people in boxes.

Most people use MBTI to understand themselves.

But over time… it can quietly become a limitation.

“I’m just like this.”
“I can’t do that.”

And without realizing it—you stop growing.

The truth is:
Personality is not fixed. It adapts.

And real change doesn’t come from labeling yourself better, it comes from learning how to shift your patterns in real time.

That’s the work I do with my clients.

💬 Curious—what’s your MBTI type? And do you feel like it helps you… or limits you?

If you’re starting to see your patterns…
That’s the first step.

The quiet truth most of us never say out loud.

We keep buying the bag, chasing the next goal, collecting more proof… hoping one day we’ll finally feel “enough.”

But what if “enough” isn’t something you achieve?

What if it’s something you decide?

New episode is live this week. I share my own chase, the psychology behind it, and how to start feeling whole without needing one more thing.

You don’t have a “shopping problem.”
You have an unmet need.
And you’re trying to solve it in the fastest way possible.
There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re just human.

Shopping works… temporarily.
But the feeling fades.
And the cycle continues.

👉 Want → Get → Feel good → Drop → Want again

So the next time you feel the urge—
pause and ask:
“What am I actually needing right now?”
That’s where real change starts.

Save this for later. You'll need it the next time the urge hits.

New episode on NEXT TUESDAY will talk about this.

So many women are trying so hard to feel beautiful.

Eating better. Exercising more. Fixing, refining, improving.

And yet…that quiet feeling of “still not good enough” never really goes away.

Because the truth is — beauty standards were never designed to make you feel at home in your body. They were designed to keep you chasing.

The goalposts keep moving. So even when you “do it right,” relief never lasts.

At some point, it stops being about how you lookand starts being about how worthy you feel.

🎧 In tomorrow’s podcast episode, I’m unpacking:
– Why chasing beauty ideals creates frustration instead of confidence
– How this pressure disconnects women from their bodies
– And what actually helps you build a healthier, more compassionate body image

This conversation is especially for the woman who’s tired of fighting herself and just wants peace.

And if you’re ready for support beyond listening — I offer private consultations for women who want to establish a healthier relationship with their bodies, without shame, punishment, or quick fixes.

You don’t need another plan.
You don’t need more discipline.
You deserve understanding, safety, and guidance.

✨ Listen to the episode tomorrow✨ Or book a consultation via the link in my bio

Your body was never the problem.
And you don’t have to keep proving your worth through it.
