First aid is vital for safety and compliance. Organizers should choose insured providers to ensure:

✅ Clear liability and safety protocols

⚠️ 若供應商未持有醫療責任保險，主辦方可能需承擔民事賠償及聲譽損害。根據《僱員補償條例》第5條，若急救人員屬活動僱員或合約人員，主辦方依法需提供補償。
⚠️ Without proper insurance, organizers may face civil claims and reputational damage. Under Cap. 282, they are liable for compensation if first aid staff are injured during duty.
