Glad to have secured a spot for this year's Translantau By UTMB. This year the course will be substantially easier since the whole section around Sunset Peak will be replaced.

Perhaps the organisers of The 9 Dragons knew the race is too tough so they prepared some very rewarding stuff at the finish line: delicious lasagna from The Lasagna Factory. The taste is so memorable that I brought a few friends for lunch during the Easter holiday. Besides their signature dish, their T bone is also worth a try.

Rainy day can't deter experienced hikers. 9 hikers joined Sunday's EOHK event hosted by Annie Tang anf myself. After careful examination of weather data, we decided to proceed the hike but took a shorter route to Tai Tun. Great view towards the islands on Port Shelter despite the cloudy (and sometimes foggy) weather. Hope we can lead the original route soon.

A bit busy these days so I can only post an update when the Easter holiday begins. Spent the previous Sunday at the highest peak in Shenzhen, famous for the sea of flowers in spring season.

Revisit a route I visited 5 years ago. Will host an event this coming Easter holiday. Stay tuned.

Probably the last trail run race for me this season. Finishing at roughly the same time as last year's edition.

Start the Year of the Horse by leading a hike for a group of elderlies. The terrain is slightly challenging for them but the view is spectacular.

Due to constant changes to my schedule recently, I am yet to make up a date for my next EOHK event and its details.

Very busy these days and can only manage to update the page today. Last week I just recovered from a minor flu so I stopped training. Instead, I spent the Sunday revisting a forest trail closed for nearly 3 years due to damage by severe weather. Eventually I shall start an event here later this year. Stay tuned.
