[Summer Short Course: Introduction to ACT]
Hong Kong Shue Yan University is offering a short course on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) this summer! This practical course will introduce ACT’s rationale, basic techniques, and how it applies to counselling.
Lecturer: Dr. Adrian Tong, Counselling Psychologist and Assistant Professor at HKSYU, with over 5 years of clinical ACT application and research experience.
What You’ll Learn:

2️⃣ Core principles of ACT and its therapeutic approach
3️⃣ Case conceptualization using ACT
4️⃣ Key ACT techniques for assessment and intervention
