(𝟏) 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐱 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩
Session: 3-4pm Language: Cantonese

A dynamic moving type of practice focusing on stimulating the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body. Students will experience flowing linked sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that can help massage the digestive organs. The class can help you with boosting circulation, stimulating lymphatic drainage and fluid and weight loss, to make you feel refreshed and reborn.

(𝟐) 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 & 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 Session: 4-5pm Language: Cantonese

This specialised class focuses on strengthening the core muscles (both abdominal and back) and arm muscles to improve the internal support and stability of the body. Abdominal postures, arms strengthening workout and some stretching will be incorporated into the class to strengthen the whole body.

(𝟑) 𝐇𝐢𝐩 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩

Language: Cantonese

The active stretch class incorporated a complete sequence of postures, targeting to improve hip and hamstring flexibility and mobility. The class will warm your body up and provides enough stretching and strengthening of the hamstrings and gluteal muscles, as well as lengthen your inner leg muscles and front sides of our legs, to support the entire hip joint. Muscles will be required to engage during active stretching, meanwhile clear alignment guidance will be given by the teacher. Modifications will be provided with the help of yoga props and more advanced variations will be introduced.

今年11月IRIS即將第一次衝出香港，聯同澳門首個最大型戶外音樂運動嘉年華「hush! 沙灘音樂會 x Yo~ga 城市瑜珈運動節2023」打造一個全新體驗，11月4至5日於黑沙海灘引領康養熱潮！

今次我地為「Yo~ga 城市瑜珈運動節2023」悉心打造一個雲集超過40位來自世界各地嘅星級導師陣容，包括香港星級瑜珈導師Coffee Lam、風靡馬來西亞嘅健身導師Jordan Yeoh、曾為世界大學運動會澳洲代表的Amanda Bisk、曾任瑞典國家代表的健身導師Charles Fritzen、和紐西蘭的國際認證瑜珈導師Josh Kramer等等，以及一眾來自香港及澳門的著名導師，亦將親自現身指導。

IRIS is making a comeback and we are going to MACAU!

This Nov, IRIS will partner up with Macau’s first ever and largest outdoor yoga and music carnival “hush! Beach Concerts x Urban Yo~ga Wellfest 2023”, making its debut from November 4 to 5 at Hac Sá Beach!

The “Urban Yo~ga Wellfest 2023” features over 40 stellar instructors from around the world, including Coffee Lam , renowned yoga instructor from Hong Kong; Jordan Yeoh , popular fitness trainer from Malaysia; Amanda Bisk , former Australian delegate to the World University Games; Charles Fritzen , fitness instructor and former national delegate from Sweden, and Josh Kramer , internationally certified yoga instructor from New Zealand, and including fan-favourite instructors from both Hong Kong and Macau.

Fitness + Wellness Expo On Tour with .hk

Found by 4 passionate yoga teachers in 2019. One of the few groups in HK which hold both indoor and outdoor yoga classes regularly. Classes ranging from different types of yoga, and yoga therapy to singing bowl healing, enable learners to explore what the best is for them.

由4位熱愛瑜珈的導師於2019年創辦，是本港少數會定期舉辦室內及室外瑜珈課程的團體。
課程涵蓋不同種類的瑜珈、瑜珈治療以至聲頻療癒，讓學員能找出最適合自己的修練方式。
