心之悅
九龍醫院精神科院友及義工藝術創作展覽

「心之悅」展出來自九龍醫院精神科院友與義工的藝術作品。這些作品源自一系列由本地藝術家帶領的藝術工作坊，透過繪畫、拼貼與雕塑，參加者以真摯的藝術創作表達情感與生活經驗。藝術成為分享與理解的橋樑，讓創作者與觀眾一同感受心靈的韌性與希望。

展覽不僅呈現藝術創作的成果，也見證「共創」的力量。院友、義工、醫護和導師在過程中彼此支持，從創作中找到連結與療癒的契機。每一件作品，都是一次心靈重整與再發現的旅程，反映人們在生活中尋求平靜與喜悅的能力。

願觀眾在此展覽中，感受到藝術的溫度與人與人之間的真誠交流。讓我們以心相對，在藝術之間找到共鳴，延續這份「心之悅」，讓喜悅與關懷流動於社群之中。

JOY Minds for All
Art Exhibition by Kowloon Hospital Psychiatric Patients and Volunteers

“JOY Minds for All” showcases artworks created by psychiatric patients and volunteers from Kowloon Hospital. The works grow out of a series of art workshops led by local artists, where participants use painting, collage, and sculpture to express their emotions and life experiences through sincere artistic creation. Art becomes a bridge for sharing and understanding, allowing creators and viewers to experience together the resilience and hope of the human spirit.

The exhibition not only presents the results of artistic creation but also bears witness to the power of “co‑creation”. Patients, volunteers, medical staff, and art tutors support one another throughout the process, finding opportunities for connection and healing through art making. Each piece is a journey of inner reorganization and rediscovery, reflecting people’s capacity to seek peace and joy in their lives.

May visitors to this exhibition feel the warmth of art and the genuine connections between people. Let hearts meet through art, find resonance within it, and share these beautiful minds with all of us, allowing joy and care to flow throughout the community.

Cultural Practices and Sustainability (Hong Kong)
This section will explore how Hong Kong’s arts and cultural community is putting sustainability into practice. Years ago, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra began developing eco-friendly huqin, replacing traditional python skin with reusable materials—a practice that is now well established. Nature author and artist Human Ip centers her work on ecology, while living and farming in Lai Chi Wo as part of her artistic practice. Together, their stories illustrate how cultural practitioners can use creativity to inspire society and help build more resilient, sustainable communities.

[作品分享系列]

除了動物，工作坊還出現了各種交通工具作品。其中之一是越野車🚙，小朋友將紙部件摺成所需形狀，運用膠紙、鈕扣，組成了越野車的立體結構，可以穩當地站立在桌上。

正當各位義工睇到「嘩嘩」聲，他決意向難度挑戰，要加上一個可以開合的車頂！

苦惱一陣子後，他為車子配襯了綠色的車頂，並用一樣顏色的膠紙貼在車尾位置。越野車即刻升級，變成「開篷越野車」🤩

小朋友面對限制時，發揮創意來解決困難，往往創作出令人驚喜的成果。

小朋友原本希望創作與家中貓咪🐱一模一樣的作品，結果左翻翻、右翻翻，都找不到同樣顏色的紙部件。

既然如此，她乾脆為貓咪的各個身體部位配搭不同顏色，創作出彩色的貓咪🌈。她還使用毛毛條，為貓咪加上毛茸茸的尾巴。

登愣～ 家裏的貓咪有一位新夥伴了！

[作品分享系列]

是次工作坊選用了啪鈕來連接紙部件，除了能夠輕易安裝與拆除，更如關節一樣令小朋友可以郁動動物的肢體。一起看看小朋友如何利用啪鈕的特性來創作吧！

圖中兩隻動物是感情超好的朋友🥰，會一起去公園玩耍。其中一隻動物還讓好朋友坐在牠的肩膀上。完成後，小朋友想了想：咦？騎膊馬好像有點危險⋯⋯

💡於是她將動物的雙手由橫向變成高高舉起，扶住上面的好朋友，這樣就不怕會跌下來啦！

[作品分享系列]

小朋友無窮的創作力，總是令人驚喜連連。由兩姐弟創作的小狗🐶就是一個好例子。

小狗的進化過程，由姐姐嘗試把它變為立體作品開始。一同參與工作坊的弟弟受到啟發，把自己的狗狗也變成立體外，開始為狗狗畫上顏色。

隨著創作的推進，小狗慢慢有了尾巴、眼仔👀、不同的裝飾貼紙。最後弟弟版本的小狗甚至加裝了一個手把。協助創作的義工滿頭大汗，表示：「進化得太快…我有點跟不上…」

至於姐姐用毛毛條造的牽繩，發生得太快，沒來得及拍照😂。大家不妨發揮想像力，幻想一下最後的進化成果吧！

點解哩條係飛天魚二號呢？背後有一位樂於分享的小朋友。

第一條「有尖嘴巴的飛天魚」太過帥氣，完成後引來很多小朋友和義工的艷羨目光。於是作品的主人毫不猶豫多造了一條飛天魚二號，並表示「送比你地啦！」🐟✨

現時「有尖嘴巴的飛天魚（二號）」正陪伴着藝術在醫院的職員，巡迴於不同醫院兒科門診，擔任「帥氣的作品樣本」一職。

如果有機會遇上，記得來和牠打個招呼！

我們在創意藝術工作坊中，見證了「水陸兩棲鯊魚」的誕生！今天和大家分享這件細節滿滿的作品：

✂️用不同形狀的藍色紙條仔細撕貼，成為魚鰭和尾巴；
✂️頭部也撕走了一點點的紙，使魚頭形狀更尖一些；
✏️不忘畫上魚鰓，讓成品更有生命力～

藝術創作不只是關於美感，更是一段充滿創意與解難的旅程！
