Let go now or fall

The natural ups and downs of life can either generate personal growth or create personal fears, dependent upon how we view change. If you have a lot of fear, you won’t like change. You will try to create a world around you that is predictable, controllable and definable so you utilise the mind in an attempt to manipulate life for the purpose of not feeling fear. Thus life becomes a ‘me against it’ situation so in order to recognise that you have it and work to release it or you can keep it and try to hide from it.

You will realise that your attempts to protect yourself from your problems actually create more problems. Such that if you attempt to arrange people, places and things so they don’t disturb you, it will begin to feel like life is against you. You will feel that life is a struggle that every day is heavy because you have to control and fight with everything. The alternative is to decide not to fight with life. You realise and accept that life is not under your control. Life is continuously changing and if you are trying to control it, you will never be able to fully live it. Fear arouses once you don’t control, which then causes blockages in the flow of your energy. Fear is the cause of every problem. It is the root of all prejudices and the negative emotions of anger, jealousy and possessiveness.

You do not have to leave the seat of Self in order to deal with the darkness. If you see disturbed energies within you, it is okay. Just sit in the seat of awareness and never leave. Do not rationalise, blame or try to figure it out. Don't do anything, just let go immediately and allow the energy to go back to the higher center of consciousness.

Hence, so don't fall. Let go. No matter what it is, let it go. The bigger it is the higher the reward of letting go and the worse the fall if you don't. It is pretty black and white. You either let go or you don't. There really isn't anything in between. So let all of your blockages and disturbances become the fuel for the journey. That which is holding you down can become a powerful force that raises you up. You just have to be willing to take the ascent.

Meditate in cooking👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

Have you ever tried escaping from your daily life? Have you ever felt stuck during the workweek and exhausted at the end of the day? Do you ever find yourself just in need of some time in the evening when your work brain is shut down? But then, how can you find that time? How about Cooking Meditation, a therapeutic?

Cooking meditation is like a mindful breathing meditation, but instead of watching your breath move in and out of the body, you are prepping, chopping, mixing, stirring, watching, observing. It is an embodied meditation involving movement and the senses. You will discover that the tantalizing aromas that arise also create a calm, relaxed state and it is the joy that arises opens the heart.

Without rushing in a way that makes cooking feel like a chore, Slow cooking is an excellent form of focused attention meditation, connecting with others in a meaningful way, and savoring with the senses. It can also become a restorative and mindful meditation break that engages all the senses. When our body and our thoughts are in the same place at the same time, high state of wellbeing happens.

Living a more aware, compassionate and meaningful life, teaches us how to approach life’s joys and challenges from morning to evening in the realms of Home, Work, Love and Play. Being mindful of every action, choosing what to do with purpose, spending time in the present moment. Isn’t that mindfulness meditation? To live in the present moment, content.

Countries, such as The ancient Greeks used music to cure mental disorders and throughout history, sound has been used to help people work faster, influence, and boost morale. Many also believed that sound can heal the body.

Sound healing synchronizes brain 🧠waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Moreover, Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love ❤️ and joy☺️. Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments or voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body. While there are many types of sound therapy, however all of them produce vibrations that alter your brain waves.

Vibrations move through 75% of water in the body. When this happens, it helps stimulate circulation to allow muscle relaxation and improve lymphatic flow. This sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

Why do we have to attend a soundbath class when we can listen to it on YouTube too?
