健康起動 TMHealth 要健康便要真正地有所行動！

健康起動 TMHealth是一個概念，T代表Time、M代表 Manage，整體是代表 Time to Manage your Health，都市人多不注重身體健康，或只把「健康」二字常掛嘴邊，但對健康缺乏正確知識，故常常忽略要去建立健康生活的習慣。故此我們希望透過策劃不同題目的健康教育計劃，建立都市人的健康生活態度。

T及M亦同時代表了東華三院 Tung Wah Group of Hospitals 及瑪貝爾鑽飾有限公司 MaBelle Jewellery Company Limited ，雙方自2004年開始一直緊密合作，積極在社區推行各類型的健康教育計劃，提高社區人士對健康的關注。未來我們會把「健康起動」的概念加以推廣，達致「預防勝於治療」的理念。
