It’s always been my dream to have a broader means to share the power and energy of sound, and I think now is the time💚.

Mid-Year Recess: Unwind and Reset
We always wish for a good start to the beginning of the year and a solid wrap up at the end of the year. Have you ever thought to take a pause in the middle? A 90-min self-care sound session to reflect on the first half of the year and receive fresh vibrant energy to smoothly flow through the rest of the year. The workshop will be divided into two parts:
1/📝Introspection: with a special way to acknowledge unfinished tasks, and celebrate your personal growth. Receive an empowering affirmation quote in return, igniting the passion to conquer the remaining half of the year. It’s a gift for yourself.
2/🎶Gong Bath: experience a unique double gong sound that will surround you all around. Lie down in your preferred way to cleanse and boost not only your body, mind and soul, but also your chakras🤍.

I am sure you will enjoy this special 90 mins with me, which is not the same as a regular class. There are only limited spots for this workshop. I am looking forward to seeing some of you on June 1st🫶🏽.

我第一堂的瑜伽課是在這裏上的—— Warm & Relaxing Stretch
上完就愛上瑜伽了

練習瑜伽感覺就是以前大學跟其他人晚上練舞Danso
或是兩晚通宵剪片的那種滿足忘我感

這些年來練習的步伐也許都跟大部份人很相似？（我覺得）
例如一開始只愛高溫可爆汗只愛flow不用hold動作做「體操」式子
到現在（我不會跟你說因為人大了🤪）就是明白陰瑜伽的智慧不用高溫都可流勁多汗

於這裡教班是我腦海中上了好幾遍但從未想過真的會發生
以前在房尾練習時試過有兩三次在想但真的就只是兩三次「如果佢可以咁我都應該可以我都好想試下企係個張mat」
但同時在這裏遇到太多很好的老師會否繼續在這裡只當學生較合適
個人來說大組練習就是很熱血很努力很溫暖很滿足
擔心身份轉變後就不能繼續這樣結果原來當媽後都沒有太多時間🫢
踏入第二年願繼續努力地教慢慢進步可抽多點時間回到課室練習💪🏻

Let me wrap up the year early:
-get to work at a place that I used to say “it will be great if I can be on that mat one day”
-resume regular private sound bath
-have planned what I want to achieve next year

Very long time ago, I was only a Yang person, I wanted to shine and show only. Yin…?🫨 No, thank you.
Until one day I attended a sound related class, a part of myself has woken up and told me that I need these, I need the calmness, peace, softness and the relaxation from the Yin and Sound.

Since then, Yin and Sound have made me to become a better, nicer person. Okay… maybe I’m still not nice enough.. but improvement at least 😂😜

Anyway, this so-called wrap up is just want to invite you: “Come and try my private group sound bath”. No matter what your purpose or no purpose, sound will accept and bear us🫶🏽.

這幾天的冷來得剛剛好
穿上長袖才覺暖是什麼
糊塗得來沒有太大成就就走到了年尾
這年卻是我有寶寶後第一年全面復工
身份的轉變亦令我在最近數月才摸清來數年想要怎樣

但在這裡有不變的是
自從成為聲音療癒師後是我在教學最享受的部分
隨歲月我不太愛說話那就讓我繼續透過聲音表達吧

所以講咁耐
快啲嚟我嘅小組聲音療癒吧 🤭
俾我慢慢累積成一個更大嘅空間

We will not be always at where we are, we may go downhill or uphill.
Without kind heart and compassion to others and oneself,
all the “achievements” will be meaningless.

其實以前嘅我都好鐘意長篇大論但身份變多咗加變咗一個極度I人後就覺得收收埋埋安安靜靜都唔錯
但個種抱打不平嘅我有時都會想爆出嚟😂

本來想揀張相去輕輕推我嘅GPY小組療癒但見到呢張crane 即刻有種感覺覺得年輕真好😂
然後又提返自己要好好keep住年輕嘅心唔好變old seafood 唔好唔接受新意見唔好只覺得自己個套最好
多接納多謙虛多忍讓多勤力我相信咁樣先會做到一個好榜樣

The world is full of temptations, risks, comments, rejections.
But there are also kindness, acceptance, chances, embraces.

Too many voices, thoughts or ideas, we got to just pick what we prefer to believe which would help us in a good way. Don’t take the rest too serious. Follow the pure soul, follow the OM.

有覺得自己慢慢地長大在進步心更大💪🏻
但根本性的自己有時在能量不夠好時都會浮回現實中
有關於瑜伽音療我始終相信「教我所學學我所教」
尤其現在分享的地方都比以前更廣
是一個大歷練學習真正的人與事物「合則來不合則去」
希望日後有充足的機會分享yin的自己🫶🏽

Life is not easy.
Being tough and strong ain’t easy either.

Since I’m serving a bigger group, I’ve kept doing a lot of self-reflection over time. Am I good enough, am I good enough to share, am I good enough to serve?

But if I doubt myself, then what can I be? What would I want to be?

It’s funny that when I thought stuff is settled. Life will really say to you, “hold on, they are coming to you”.
Hurdles are like waves🌊, but I still need to struggle along.
Life is funny.
Being though and strong to find fun in life. 🙂

Set some nice intentions before actioning, things may go better.
Plus, actions are always speak louder than words.

If you have a good heart, you just need one bowl and you still can make someone feel touched.

當有太多事情需要去處理又無從入手時某類人就好似我咁會不自覺地逃避佢地

所以我決定after this post 咁我就慢慢地去疏理一直等緊我既事情

就是那時跟他們一起練習的感覺很high🫢 （其他不要呷醋🙏🏽)

Morning harbour view💕
In 2019-2021, I also got to see the same view everyday.
Now, begin again… 🙂

Today I bumped into one of my favourite teachers. I had been worrying how should I tell him about my updates when I had to see him again. (I quite care about how the people I know think of me… in progress to evolve.)
When he said “happy for me” with smile, the inside me was “phew” 😅. Typical, I worried too much.
With his encouragement and just such a short supportive chatting time, I feel so thankful today☺️.

In fact, I have plenty of heart-warming conversations lately.
I want to say thank you for those who have been sending me and my family real positive energy, actions and supports❣️

That’s why today I wanted to treat myself with ➡️🍨 😝.
