Ways we are all similar— (disclaimer: the word s**t will be used here)

In solidarity with everyone who feel like they’re going through hard/ sh*tty times 🙏
It will all come one way or another, denial doesn’t work for long! What we need to learn will keep coming, and it’s in the sh*t that we need to add the f to fully accept things before they can be a shiFt—the gold is IN the s**t. “That’s the s**t”—the good stuff is the s**t too. The s**t is the s**t we need. “Can’t go under/over it, gotta go THROUGH it!!” There’s value in properly processing all of it to find all the treasure within it. Sounds like I’m in deep s**t but it is profound ‘deep’. It’s gold!!! And when we are able to fully dive in to feeling all the feelings and examining ourselves, we can be fully ‘rich’ in our understanding of humanity and the capacity of humans to go through the worst of s**ts in mankind. We’re all connected and we all have the potential to feel how s**t the s**ts can go. And it can get really bad. But through that compassion and understanding… is our access. Our portal to human understanding. And we can do it silently. Because love doesn’t have to be visible to be loud. And we never know what form love will come in. Sometimes it comes in all kinds of pain. Wishing everyone shifts in their s**t and for all outcomes of wisdom and learning to be amazing and dawning like miracles. I believe in miracles and that we need to be sensitive to them to notice them. Be victorious in the strength you discovered through your s**tty experience; and how what was important to you started to show up stronger than ever. Now run proud with your empowerment and get to (love-)work with your joy and your passion. “Give yourself permission to flow with your joy, and your passion-talents will naturally emerge”… “Follow follow follow fllow flow flow flow flow”—follow the flow of your joy and bright blinding beaming energy, running far ahead and beyond with your shiFt and Fff***k yeahhhhh leave the s**t behind, focus on your beaming blinding joy and talents and bring it out of others (activate their energy, love and joy) so hard that you have to put on sunglasses 🕶️ because they’re so bright!!!

Amazing example of “women helping women” and revitalising a community through a shared passion. We all have hidden interests that we don’t practice because we don’t have other people doing it with us. What’s yours? I can’t wait to swim.. sing.. dance.. discover something to do with community. It might be a total surprise when we discover what it’ll end up being that brings us together.

Whatever it takes to get your energy up and be doing your best today, wherever you are and whatever you're going through.
Our humanity is in our connection, and our will to do that much more and go that bit further... my daily joy is in encouraging, inspiring, and being inspired by others... enjoy the seconds and the minutes of your day... blow it up with courage, fire, fervour and light from the love and good that you know to be possible... surprise everyone with your strength of integrity and guts to follow your own heart no matter how hard that is against everyone you're surrounded by. Do your own thing of doing what's really worth your human life and time. Where's the love in what you're doing today? Make sure there's respect in there too. It isn't real love if there's no respect, whether for yourself or others.

Resonating with this song and these lyrics today as my body prepares for menstrual bleeding in a weeks time and energy levels are way down! You know that frustrating feeling when you’re usually super productive and inspiring but you can’t fight the body!

Also feeling the apathy and mild despair of people leaving Hong Kong, I have to acknowledge that the feeling is there!

This is my song written Feb 2015 before I left my friends in hong kong to live in Berkeley indefinitely but I returned after 6 months 🙂

Either way, I need to not be scared of my body not having as much energy, as well as changes or what could be felt or seen as ‘disappointment’ yet what if we could sing to ourselves or be sung to while we acknowledge the feelings? 😊

“Under repair”

One of the best things you can do in your life when you’re becoming a woman besides shaving your head (to not attach to appearance and shallow representations) is to fully own your sexuality and your body by decorating it however you want it. To everyone who may come from strongly conservative backgrounds regarding body and sexuality: the day you fully own your own body is when you’ll feel whole, true, complete, stronger and more aligned with your path of self actualisation. Just sharing my personal experience and perspective. I know there’s still a lot of taboo around bodies and cultures that have a lot of say and control over the female body. 🙏🙇🏻‍♀️I breathe in solidarity with all of you. is awesome and I’m so honoured to have a tattoo by him, thanks to for doing my first ones while apprenticing Kin!! It’s true tattoos are addictive. It helps to keep symbols and things you like close to you to remind you what uplifting elements and beings you’re connected to while dealing with the training game of life!!!

Another thing: if you don’t enjoy your own sexuality and only depend on having someone enjoy or validate you, you’ll be subjected to having to grant their wishes or do what you might not be comfortable with, so ENJOY YOURSELF FOR YOURSELF first and foremost!!! You are yours above everyone and anyone else, and if you are not finding YOURSELF sexy then it would be hard for others to convince you or to validate and respect someone who doesn’t respect themselves!!! Know your worth so you can be aligned with what you truly want in your life that sets you free and brings you to newer next dimensions!!! Love, respect and enjoy yourself for yourself first and foremost, to people who are always preoccupied with helping others and trying to prove how nice and helpful they are. Not at the expense of your own health and self worth ok!!!🙏🙇🏻‍♀️❤️🙌💫 Get support if you need it it’s there for you!

Supporting my beloveds .nella and for the birthing/midwifing of their masters theses and their journey to Saas-Fee where EGS (European Graduate School) is, where they and many others will graduate with a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy!!!😍🔥🙏✨⚡️🧲💫
May all the forces and energies of the universe support the safe completion of this process and support Margo and the full faculty, Allalin, and support staff to a fulfilling summer ahead after the Covid interruption!!! I cherish my memories of swimming in the Rhine River in the middle of Basel in 2019 thanks to David!!!🥰 A photo of and the Northern Lights are along the same wavelengths as what is possible when a beautiful yet eclectic intellectual community of people follow the law of attraction and believe in the power of transforming their own understanding of life’s suffering and grief through the medicinal and therapeutic capacities of the arts, through a practice that was consolidated and officialised in the conscious efforts of remarkable people.
